These terms govern your use of discord.directory and the accompanying Discord application (together, the "service"), operated by Discord Directory ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
Discord Directory is a searchable directory of public Discord servers and their custom emojis and stickers, built from information those servers already make public. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" and related marks are trademarks of Discord Inc.
You're responsible for your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure, and give us accurate information. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the service. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

When you add or claim a server listing, you confirm you're authorized to represent that server. We may edit, hide, or remove any listing at any time — for example for inaccurate information, adult content outside the appropriate sections, or policy violations. Listings are refreshed from public sources, so details like member counts may lag behind Discord.
Server names, icons, descriptions, emojis, and stickers belong to their respective owners. Images are loaded directly from Discord's CDN; we don't host them. If you're a rights holder or server admin and want content removed, use the takedown page and we'll act promptly. Joining a server listed here takes you to Discord, whose own terms apply.
The service's own design, code, and editorial content are ours. You may link to any page on the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't vet the servers listed here and aren't responsible for what happens inside them. Listings, member counts, and invite links may be outdated or become invalid at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free service, is zero.
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, or discontinue the service, at any time.
We may update these terms; we'll update the date at the top and highlight material changes on the site. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
